We are happy to report a steady 100+ hits a week on the site, so we know people are visiting and checking things out.  We've also been receiving comments through the private response portal.  We hope to hear more.  Keep in touch!

 
 

Thursday July 10 is our first community meeting and after the post card mailing, we've had some inquiries on being able to comment privately.  We have that in place already.  On the menu bar to the left it says "Submit Comments Privately".   Click on that and your comments will be viewed by one person only.  No contact information is shared with anyone.  We don't judge, address compliance or enforcement issues or provide legal advice.   We will however gladly offer direction on where one can direct concerns to address a specific issue.   Let's work together to make our community a healthier place, by sharing information and seeking solutions.

    We want the community to comment publicly, but politely request a few simple rules be observed: No rude, vulgar or obscene comments, and nothing personal, please.  

    Focus on the community and your specific concerns.

    Blog Editor

    The Blog Editor is the CARE Community Coordinator.  The position is a neutral one, meant to serve as a contact, facilitator and bridge between the  residents, businesses and organizations in Fort Edward, the CARE partner organizations, and the project grantor: the U.S. EPA.
